If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or facing unforeseen delays, processing may take up to  3–5 business days. We will notify you via email if a significant delay is expected.

Your order may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. Betta Bilt Buckets is not responsible for these charges, and they are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office prior to purchasing. 

Betta Bilt Buckets delivers to Australian P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers via Australia Post only. Please ensure you provide the correct P.O. Box address at checkout to avoid delivery delays. This is for small items only /parts.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your package on our courier’s website:

Betta Bilt Buckets is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at sales@bettabiltbuckets.com.au to initiate an investigation.

Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. If an incorrect address is supplied and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package to the correct address.
